The gentleman in this case was selling products on E-bay (store exists in USA with their branch in Lahore). His company faced financial constraints due to COVID19 so he got terminated. Now he takes online orders to sell burgers and pizzas but has no proper set up for that. His income at the moment is not enough and he is unable to support his family. He had to sell off his bike to pay the house rent which was due for 6 months. Recently his electricity was disconnected due to non payment of bill.

• 26 Nov 2020: Feasibility approved and cheque issued.
• 01 Dec 2020: Funds Transferred.
• 22 Jun 2021: Field audit team revealed that the client has not purchased the same assets committed at the time of loan approval and utilized the funds for his personal use due to financial crisis. New targets will be given before taking a serious action against him.
• 22 Mar 2022: Case closed. Applicant is blacklisted due non compliance and avoidance. He will be reported to higher authorities on charges for financial corruption.
