A young girl was diagnosed with a hole in her heart (VSD: Ventricular Septal Defect) when she was 2 months old. Her age is now 18 months and keeps falling ill due to various reasons like urine infection, asthma etc. Her parents cannot afford the diagnostic and medical treatment and need help to treat their kid.

Project Status:

• 24-AUG-20: Provide the medicines already subscribed to relieve the symptoms.
• 26-AUG-20: Admitted in Fatima Memorial Hospital. Reported that the main issue is the heart whereas other symptoms are related to it. Advised to admit her in Children Hospital as they don't have a child cardiologist.
• 27-Aug-20: Offered ration support.
• 27-AUG-20: Transferred to Children Hospital ICU as condition was not good.
• 28-AUG-20: Diagnosed with Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).
• 17-SEP-20: Under treatment at Children Hospital.
• 29-SEP-20: Offered ration support.
• 10-OCT-20: Diagnostic tests requested from Chughtai Labs.
• 24-OCT-20: The child died.
• 31-OCT-20: Offered ration support.
