This is a case of a 23 year old student of geology. He is unable to pay the fee for his last professional. Mother died in 2010 from breast cancer and father died recently in January 2019 from intestine cancer. He has one elder sister who is single and is also studying in college while his two younger brothers are in school. He is looking forward to completing his education in order to find a job some where to support his family. At the moment he is carrying out the protocols to get his father’s pension but the involved process is taking its usual time.
