A lady in mid 30’s suffering from Scleromyositis, also known as Polymyositis/Sclerderma overlap syndrome (an autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks the body). Her skin has hardened and she has developed ulcers. If she is sitting on the chair she cannot get up on her own. In fact the state of her muscle strength is that she can’t even raise her arms above her shoulders. She has two kids to look after, the eldest one around 2 years only. Last but not least, a poor lady without any proper support.

• The patient is managing on her own at the moment without our support.
