A 16 year old boy is suffering from Thalassemia since he was two. The boy’s father works at a barber shop and cannot afford to buy his son’s medicine (Asunra 400 mg). Blood transfusions are done free through two different hospitals but hospitals cannot provide free medicines due to increasing number of patients. Barkat Foundation has made arrangements to deliver the medicines to the patient who is in Islamabad.
